When Will My Items Arrive?

We offer free Express Shipping Australia-Wide on orders over $99 via Australia Post*. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, along with tracking information from Australia Post. Please note if you are ordering ProVision contact lenses, our supplier ships directly via a courier, meaning that no tracking number will be provided. However, should your order status not have been changed to "processing" or "shipped" after three days, please feel free to contact us with us for an update on your order.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

We are happy to accept returns on contact lenses in the first 30 days. Contact lens boxes MUST be unmarked and unopened for hygiene reasons. A valid prescription is required to dispense contact lense. If lenses have been purchased with a false or invalid prescription, we will not provide a refund or exchange, so please ensure you have a current prescription. We are unable to exchange or refund opened contact lens boxes under any circumstances, so please double check your prescription before ordering and contact us us for help.
