We are happy to accept returns on contact lenses in the first 30 days. Contact lens boxes MUST be unmarked and unopened for hygiene reasons. A valid prescription is required to dispense contact lenses. If lenses have been purchased with a false or invalid prescription, we will not provide a refund or exchange, so please ensure you have a current prescription. We are unable to exchange or refund contact lenses once opened, unless faulty. Please double check your prescription before ordering and contact us us for help.
