A valid prescription is required to dispense contact lense. If lenses have been purchased with a false or invalid prescription, we will not provide a refund or exchange, so please ensure you have a current prescription. We are unable to exchange or refund opened contact lens boxes under any circumstances, so please double check your prescription before ordering and contact us us for help.
