We offer free Express Shipping Australia-Wide on orders over $129 via Australia Post. Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been completed. What Is Your Returns Policy?
We are happy to accept returns on contact lenses in the first 30 days. Contact lens boxes MUST be unmarked and unopened for hygiene reasons. A valid prescription is required to dispense contact lenses. If lenses have been purchased with a false or invalid prescription, we will not provide a refund or exchange, so please ensure you have a current prescription. We are unable to exchange or refund contact lenses once opened, unless faulty. Please double check your prescription before ordering and contact us for help.
