“NINA RICCI L’EXTASE PRIZE DRAW” PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The ‘Nina Ricci L’EXTASE Prize Draw’ begins on 1st June 2023 and ends on 31st July 2023 and applies to any purchase of an eligible product (see below) within this period. The sponsor of this promotion is Optometrist Parramatta. By participating in the promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open to customers who make a purchase of any eligible item during the promotion period. One entry will be granted per eligible item purchased. Each set of Nina Ricci frames or sunglasses purchased counts as one entry into the draw.

  3. PRIZE: The prize for this promotion is a Nina Ricci L’Extase for Women 50ml Eau de Parfum Spray. Estimated value is based of RRP for the product.

  4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted after the conclusion of the promotion period. The winner will be contacted directly by telephone using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

  5. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The prize must be collected in person from the Optometrist Parramatta retail store located at Shop 9a/103 George St, Parramatta NSW 2150.

  6. CONDITIONS OF CLAIMING: By claiming the prize, the winner agrees to appear in a photograph which may be used for promotional purposes by Optometrist Parramatta, including our website and social media channels. The winner is responsible for any and all costs associated with claiming and collecting the prize.
